ORDER AND DELIVERY
The average delivery time is 12-15 days. Our products are shipped directly from the supplier to you. This unique business model allows us to significantly save on storage and transportation costs, enabling us to offer products at a lower price than competitors and cover the shipping costs ourselves.
In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected timeframe. Unfortunately, there can be occasional delays in the delivery process. You can check the status of your order via the following link: Track My Order.
Since we work with different suppliers, products may be shipped separately. If items are missing from your order, you will usually receive them within 2-3 days. We apologize for any inconvenience.
We cover the shipping costs of your order. Occasionally, we offer some items for free as part of a promotion. To partially cover costs, we charge a shipping fee of €8.95 for these items.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Yes, absolutely! You can return any order to us within 30 days.
If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return it within 30 days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition, complete with labels and tags, and should show no signs of use. A return shipment must always include a Track & Trace code, as the sender is responsible for the return. Once we receive the items you’ve returned, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within 14 days.
