Returns
Can I Return My Order?
Yes, you can. If you are not satisfied with the items received, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt.
Conditions for Returns:
- The item must include all parts and components, and the packaging must be in the same condition as when the product was delivered.
- The product should show only normal handling; damages due to careless handling are not covered.
- Items with hygiene considerations must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating a return.
- The product must be found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
- The shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.
- Once we receive the return, it will be processed within 7 working days. If the conditions are met, an official confirmation will be provided.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns if the items appear to have been used or damaged for reasons not attributable to us.
How to Return an Order
If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to initiate the return process:
- Send an email to our customer service team.

Include the following details in your email:
- Order number
- Reason for the return request
- Photo of the product (in case of breakage or defects)
- Customer’s full name (first and last)
- Customer’s address
- We will respond with the return address. Please do not send the return to the sender's address; we will provide the correct return address upon your request.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product to our central warehouse in Asia.
Withdrawal
Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, applicable to natural persons entering into a legal transaction for purposes not predominantly related to commercial or professional activities:
A. Cancellation Conditions
- Right of Cancellation: The cancellation period is 30 days from the day you, or a third party appointed by you who is not the carrier, receive the last goods.
- Since we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately upon placement. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process once it has begun, and refunds are only possible upon receipt of the returned goods.
- To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Non Duality Toronto) with a clear declaration (e.g., by email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The cancellation is complete when we receive the goods. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.
Note on Shipments in Transit
Since our goods are shipped from Asia, transit times may be longer and are beyond our control. If the goods are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait to receive the items, then proceed with a return if needed. You may inform us in advance of your intention to return the items. To expedite your return, please provide us with a shipping confirmation.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you (excluding delivery costs and any additional fees for non-standard delivery) within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notification and returned goods. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.
Please Note: All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer's expense.
